COMMISSION PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF SERVICETo commission me:Please either DM or Email me at [email protected] , let me know which category you’re interested in and if needed include some details on what you’re after (Prices may be subject to slight changes if you’re after something particularly elaborate).-Payment:All payment should be in GBP via Paypal.Payment should be made upfront for all set price commissions below £150. I may allow payment in stages (i.e 50% payment at sketch stage then 50% payment before completion) at my own discretion. If you would like a payment plan feel free to ask and I will see what I can do.-General advice:-If you don't see something you want included in my commissions section, please don't hesitate to ask me about it, I'll let you know if it's something I can do and give you an estimate if it is possible!- The better the references you give me, the better I’ll be able to draw what you’d like me to, so if possible please provide me with a good high resolution image of the character you want along with any relevant details. (If you have any examples of images similar to what you’re after pose/mood wise, this can be quite helpful too!)- If you let me know what you would like to use the image for/show me the context clearly at the planning stage, I can take this into account for you and cater it towards that.- I may occasionally decline work if it’s something I’m not familiar enough with or feel uncomfortable drawing. Feel free to ask, but please keep this in mind.-Things I can’t/won’t draw:
- NSFW (Excessive nudity, fetish art, intense gore etc.)-Things I am likely to reject because they’re not my strong suit, but if you’re willing to risk it go ahead and try me:
- Furry art
- Mecha
- Things that aren’t anime/manga style-I retain the right to decline any commission requests that I feel aren’t something I’m willing to do for either personal or practical reasons.-Process:
(This may vary somewhat depending on the commission)1. After payment is received, I will begin working on a sketch for your commission (Maybe multiple iteration sketches for you to choose from if necessary), once I have sent you this you will be given the option to ask for changes if you would like. This process shouldn’t generally take me more than a week, I will let you know if I anticipate any delays.2. Once you have confirmed that I can go ahead with the sketch, I will work towards completing the artwork. I will at this point give you an estimate of how long I think it will take me as this varies depending on the type of commission. Please do ask for updates if you feel uncertain about this at any point.3. Once I have completed the illustration I will send it to you. You may ask for minor changes at this point if you want, but anything major (that I anticipate will take me more than a few minutes to sort out) will potentially incur additional charges. This can be discussed on a case by case basis, but normally it shouldn’t be more than 25% of the commission cost.If you have any questions throughout this process do feel free to message me at any time.-Commercial use:
The commissions offered on this page, as stated in the title, are for commercial use and may thus be used on for-profit projects as is agreed upon between myself and the commissioner. The fee for commercial use is included in the price of each commission, but may be subject to change if I find a degree of commercial use to be particularly serious, I will notify you in advance should this be the case.I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. If you would like me to refrain from posting the art, please notify me of this.Please credit me for the art where possible!-Refunds and canceling:If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid.If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund (though I may make exceptions at my own discretion based on the specific circumstance).You’ll receive a full refund if I’m not able to finish the commission for some reason.-Pricing and availability:Commission prices may be subject to change as time passes.A commission that has already been paid for will not be subject to any arbitrary price changes based on the above.If you are waitlisted and a specific price change deviates from a previous quote I gave you, I will discuss this with you before you are given a commission slot.Please be aware that my commissions will often run via a waitlist, however I do not work on this sequentially, rather I allocate slots based on deadlines and if the size of the commission fits the slot size I have available.
